The expert IT witness earlier called the passenger informant system on the line of the local train a homemade do it yourself. At that time he stated that the system was working on 76 percent and according to him it didn’t even count as working. But now it turned out that the expert didn’t possess neither with profession in the connection of transportation nor with experience. For the answer of the questions from the defense he answered that during the audit he was only checking directly only one station where he was talking to BKV workers, and the other displays he only saw it when he passed at the other stations. He also said that he didn’t have time to disarm and check any of it.
It turned the hearing’s day interesting that they asked companies’ directors in the connection with the passenger informant system of the line of the local train who didn’t win in the tender. They admitted that they worked together towards the win of the 100 million forint contract. In one of the case the cooperation turned to the point that the company participated in the transcript of the tender. In the end the defense could prove that the losers of the project prohibited the fulfillment of the contract from inside of the BKV. This conduced too to that the C. C. Soft Ltd. couldn’t accomplish which was in the contract.
After they removed 5 counts from the indictment on the Tuesday’s hearing now it seems like that the standpoint of the prosecution is waver. We can say with and expression which is borrowed from the sport that the BKV trial’s „autumn season” started very strongly.

A Kecskeméten zajló BKV-per csütörtöki tárgyalási napján újabb tanúkat, köztük egy szakértőt is meghallgattak. Ha nem komoly dologról lenne szó, bátran kijelenthetnénk, hogy az eredmény viccesre sikerült.
Az igazságügyi informatikai szakértő korábban ugyanis házilag barkácsolt szerkezetnek nevezte a HÉV vonalain kialakított utastájékoztató-rendszert. Akkor ezt állította, hogy 76 százalékos hatékonysággal működött a rendszer, és szerinte így nem is számított működésnek. Most azonban kiderült, hogy a szakértő közlekedéssel kapcsolatos szakirányú képzettséggel nem rendelkezik, ahogy tapasztalattal sem. A védelem kérdéseire válaszolva pedig elmondta, hogy a vizsgálat alatt mindössze egy állomás nézett meg közvetlenül, ahol BKV-dolgozókkal beszélgetett, a többi kijelzőt a megállón áthaladva tekintette meg. Azt is elmondta, hogy leszerelni és megnézni nem volt ideje egyet sem.
Érdekessé tette a tárgyalási napot az is, hogy olyan cégek vezetőit kérdezték meg a HÉV utastájékoztató-rendszerével kapcsolatban, akik a pályázaton nem nyertek. Ők elismerték, hogy együttműködtek azért, hogy a százmilliós szerződést megszerezhessék. Az egyik esetében ez az együttműködés odáig jutott, hogy a cég még a pályázat kiírásában is részt vett. Végül a védelemnek sikerült bizonyítania, hogy a vesztesek a közlekedési vállalaton belülről akadályozták a projekt beteljesülését. Ez is hozzájárult ahhoz, hogy a C.C. Soft Kft. nem tudta teljesíteni a szerződésben foglaltakat.
A vádiratból a keddi tárgyalási napon eltávolított öt vádpont után tehát mintha egy újabban is megingott volna az ügyészség álláspontja. Sportból kölcsönvett kifejezéssel élve elmondhatjuk, hogy a BKV-per "őszi idénye" igen erősen kezdődött.
